Background videos

How do I tell if gameex arcade is automatically downloading the video background and other files from emumovie? 

All of my paths verify when checking, except the model 1, model 2 and Daphne folders.  But the folders for all the downloaded stuff such as background videos are empty. I have a registered account for emumovies and gameex, and the usermane and password are correct. But after hours of letting Gameex run still no background videos. There are some snaps, cabinet pictures and flyers.

And also as I scroll through the menus the screen gets black horizontal lines flash across it. Was hoping maybe that getting the background videos working would fix that.

Can you attach copies (no copy & paste) of your gameex.ini and log.txt files, please? This will help us help you better understand what may be happening with your setup.
