Im a beginner and im sorry to have spammed this board lately.This is my final question then i got everything else runnin perfectly.---------------------------------------------------Mame32 plays alot of the zinc games fine (monster farm jump) and so on.eaven though it runs better in zinc emulator i am not feeling up for it to install the zinc emulatorin gameex for just playing 2 or 3 games that are so so.mame32 runs these games fine, is there anyway for gameex to run these zinc gamesthrough mam32 instead of through zinc emulator (that requires installation) ?a related topic for this is if gameex can run neogeo games using mame32 instead of installinga neogeo emulator?(mame32 runs these games fine too)best regards!---------------------------------------------------

Then GameEx will use Mame instead.And your not spamming the board, your just setting up GameEx, it's normal to get alot of posts when people are doing that so were used to it around here.Don't feel wierd about it

I think the vast majority of users are mature and handle themselves with respect. I do think maybe a new disccusion group is needed in the forum. Maybe a General emulation board. Keep the gameex related q's in this forum.

Keep the gameex related q's in this forum.----heh. maby so..thanx for the zinc help. it works. now on to the neogeo. Mame can run neogeogames but those games wont show up as roms in gameex?how come?
headkaze Posted October 17, 2006 Posted October 17, 2006 They should show up, there is even a filter to show only neo geo games. Mame emulates Neo Geo better than any external emu these days.When you go into the Mame menu's is there one for Neo Geo and does it show the games when you select it?

I really hope you don't mind me spending a little less time on support and instead just trying to enhance the software itself.Anyway just wanted to say it does not go unoticed and I do appreciate it.
