hiding recycle bin in XP SP2

i was wondering if there was anyway to totally hide the recylce bin (only desktop icon un-deletable). Upon start up, my cpu launches game ex from the startup folder automatically, but it has a literal 2 seconds wait therefore showing the desktop, i designed a nice wallpaper to match my marquee and on it i wrote "loading".. sort of like a ghetto loading screen to mask windows. i have my start toolbar on auto hide and the only thing making it look not so perfect is the damned recycle bin. any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Install Tweak UI and under the Desktop option you have tickboxs for all the desktop icons.
