Broken cursor in game list

I'm not sure how else to describe this issue. In my SegaCD menu, the cursor stops moving once I go down a certain amount. It won't highlight anything else on the list, it just acts as if it has reached the bottom. Any ideas?

This is an old bug... Unless it came back with the update. What GameEx version you using? Is it only your sega CD?

helo, I seem to get this problem intermintly on all emu's,strange!!!

it will be fine for days then oops,the curser will stop at sertain point.
