ok, it was space. and by the way, my wiring/control panel are fine! thank jesus. what fun it was. the cabinet should be done in full wed. night. i'll be posting pics.

There's a Reset function. Game starts when you reset console. Default is F3. You can change this like you've done with fire, direction buttons etc...

sweet shaun, never would have known. now i only have to add 1 more button to my panel. (i discovered upon the test run that everything works lovely, but i need a button to signal the ENTER key for gameex!! ...unless i want to scroll with the trackball and use mousebuttons, but i think i'll add it anyways.
