i hooked my pc to my 27" tv through my graphicx card s-video to rca plugs. everything works stellar, but when i try to launch a chankast game, it opens it in a window sized correctly, but not full screen. also a message pops up saying i'm trying to open a .bin file. this doesn't happen when i us my pc monitor, what could be causing this?!

Your probably trying to run chankast at a resolution the TV can't handle. Try lowering it to 1024x768 or more probably 800x600. I will assume your using the latest version of chankast, otherwise you need the -forcefull option.

You might also have to force set your refresh rate to 60hz for TV out. I had to do that with a lot of my emulators or the screen would flicker and sometimes go blank because it couldn't sync. But it looks like you alrady got it fixed, so NEVERMIND!

60khz is the safest best for TV.
