PinballX and cabinet setup

In which folder do I find Bally image (DMD 3 monitor)?  In PinballX when i go play the table.

I have cabinet virtual pinball, my frontend is PinballX, i have 40 tables visual pinball.

Some tables have no DMD.  What is the best way to display a static image in the DMD area during play?

Import an image via Game Manager.  Select the system name, then the table, then dmd image in the dropdown for imports and navigate to the image you want to use.

Then uncheck the Hide DMD box for that table.
