Remote Controls no longer working?

The Next and Prev tracks on the remote are no longer working. I don't know If changed some setting to do this. I've looked through the config and I didn't see anything that looked to be turning this off. When I press the button it just refreshes the game snap while in the menus. Does anybody have any suggestions?
