Pinball FX3 Non-Steam Version [RESOLVED]

Does PinballX work with the non-steam version of Pinball FX3?  The one you can install as an app through XBOX Play Anywhere.  If so, are there instructions?  I looked but have had no luck.  Thanks Aaron
