IPAC Support gone?

I thought it was just something I did wrong. Another user has also stated having the same problem. The problem is volume up and down not working with the IPAC shortcut keys. ie.(holding down 2nd button and pushing player 1 up or down. TomS. any ideas? Option is enabled in config to enable IPAC support. Games work fine with IPAC.
