Hi,
I have a working account in gameex.info, but when I want to log in online.gameex.com (or by FTP) whith the same account, it doesn't work, why this ?...

The online features are only available to subscribing GameEx members.  FTP utiliaztion for basic members is limited to upload only on port 22.

Thank for your reply... I anderstand that,.But it's not very well explicit... Why they're not information for this account is note a "subscribing GameEx members" ? Just I get an error massage for bad password or bad login.

Are you able to login to the forums with this subscrbed account?

If your a subscriber to one of the service Tom offers, and are not able to successfully login to the forums or ftp, then you will need to contact Tom directly, as he is the only one who can address these issues.  

 

There is a support link at the top of the forums, please be sure to include the email address you registered with.
