Downloading emulators via the Setup Wizard tends to get stuck (GE version 14.70)

Reposting this from the gameex evolution forum as I posted in the wrong forum and I don't see any way to delete a post once it's posted.

Anyway, I am having trouble with the download emulators section of the Setup Wizard.  I pick the ones I want, hit the download button, and then it downloads a few but then "hangs" after a few are downloaded.  Screen snip shown to show the issue.  Can anyone help me?  I posted about this exact same issue last year but no one ever responded to help me fix it. I usually am connected on my Windows 10 PC via wifi as it is a LOT faster than our wired (300 MB a second!!) so I hope letting folks know what I'm connected with in order to solve this.

Thank you.  there's a workaround in the emulator selection part of the setup wizard.  it'll let you install and download emulators one by one.  Not ideal for me but I hope you guys can fix the bug so i can download all the emulators i want in one shot.
