Force Fullscreen with Fusion?

When loading Fusion, it's really hit or miss on the fullscreen. Configuring "Send to Keys" doesn't help because again, it's hit or miss with full screen. I was curious if anyone knows of a command line parameter of some sort to force fullscreen on start up?

use command line

Fusion.exe -fullscreen "[ROMPath]\[RomFile]"
