I moved your post to the correct GameEx>General thread.  Can you please attach your gameex.ini and log.txt files? Nothing is showing in the mask. Thanks.

Open your chosen theme in Theme Editor then check Show Buttons available and also Click on Arrow Up and Arrow Down to ensure they're visable on your theme...
