I use a GPwiz 40 for my buttons. My chip on my card is fried currently and the 1 button is permanently jammed.  I changed the buttons up. But now in my menu the scroll and select is TOO fast. how can i slow it down.

Not sure that there is a PinballX solution that will help. If you are still using the defective card the only solution that readily comes to mind is a replacement.

If you have an external USB connection you could connect a gamepad (i.e. Xbox 360 controller) in the interim. Definitely not the most ideal solution for a pincab. I am not aware of any sensitivity solution for the card itself. Unfortunately, there isn't any way of making such adjustments within PinballX. I hope you get it replaced soon. I know that would drive me buggers.
