More intuitive menu navigation.

Two new settings (on by default) that change MAME and emulator games shown in the lists beginning with 'The' to be renamed as "'Game Name, The'. E.g "The Empire Strikes Back" get renamed for display to "Empire Strikes Back, The" and appears under E in the list instead of T.

Fixex Most Played selecting wrong game.

Fixes Favourites seclecting wrong game.

Fixes Game Extender showing wrong images.

Just booted up my Cab, am wondering will the auto update just happen without asking me by default? Do I have to do anything for it to update? I have a fairly recent version and I normally download to do an update.
