Does Any know how to make MNG files without error messages?

I keep getting an error "palett_get_color out of range" when i make Mng files.

Does anyone know how to get this not to happen as i would like to make a clean set.

Also is there a way to set the mng encoding options when capturing videos?

Same as it starts to rec fine the gets guddery and an error at the bottom of the screen pallet get colour out of range!!!
