Favorites list

hey guys,

im having a wierd problem with the favorites list, i choose a game and it trys to launch a completely seperate game!!! and last night i tried to launch pitfall (a2600) and instead it tried to launch the psx emulator and launch pitfall from there! however other times it works perfectly fine.

it seems my last run game is a little strange too, it has a screenshot of some 3d fighting game but no entry in the list ie. it is a blank list.

I have a similar issue. When I choose a favorite from an emulator (nonmame) it chooses a totally different game. All I need to do is go back (from the game menu) to the favorites menu and try again. Then it chooses the proper game.

I have come across the same problem myself. Going back to the main menu and re-selecting the favorite does work over here too... It seems in my case at least that this only happens with roms that are not in the goodtools format if that helps any; almost like it is trying to to a best match or something with a rom that is in the goodtools format.

For me, it turned out that I had swiched Emulators - like I made Emulator_4 a Gameboy Advance emu instead of a Gameboy Color. I selected a ROM from favorites and it launched a seperate EMU. If you have changed things up in the list, remove from favorites and re-add them.

I wonder if it doesn't specify inside GameEx that it needs to run Emulator 4 ROM # 577 (if you can dig what I'm sayin)

Anyways - remove and re-add. It should be all good from there.
