can somebody help?

I want to use LEDBlinky to play the audio animation before I start up my external application (jukebox), tried different methods i've found but none of them have worked?

Hopefully we have some LEDBlinky users who might be able to provide some additional useful information, but in the meantime this thread seems extremely pertinent to your question (disregarding the HyperPin part). Based on the contents of that post you should be able to configure the audio animation as you desire, then enter the following command as the Launch Before setting for your external application

"c:\some path\ledblinky\ledblinky.exe" audio.lwax

This is as good a time as any to mention that the author of LEDBlinky (arzoo) is a pretty regular contributor over on the BYOAC forums. You might be able to be advised directly by him if you pose your question over there.

batch file, sorry not batfile.A batfile is the type of file Bruce Wayne uses on his computer

already tried using this path worked in a run command in windows 7, but was not recognized in the gameex launch before setting?

If the command works through a command console but fails to run via GameEx, you may have something misconfigured in GameEx. In this case it will be extremely helpful to take a look at your GameEx.ini, a copy of your GameEx log after having encountered the error, and possibly a copy of your runitgame.bat. This thread has the details on accessing that information. That information will reduce the amount of guesswork involved if GameEx is causing an issue. Thanks man!

Your GameEx.ini would indeed provide a bit of useful information.

Being that I'm not an LEDBlinky user, I'm getting rapidly out of my depth. I think we have a few LEDBlinky users who frequent the forums regularly, but your quickest means of resolution may indeed be communicating with arzoo directly. Just to confirm, have you double checked that you've configured the plugin correctly?

Installation For MaLa, AtomicFE, And GameEx Plug-in

Unzip all the LEDBlinky files into the GameEx \plugins folder. Plugin specific files (LEDBlinky_GX.dll) must reside in the \plugins folder. All other LEDBlinky support and configuration files must reside in the\LEDBlinky folder below the \plugins folder. Animation files (*.lwax) must reside in the \LEDBlinky\lwafolder.

...\Plugins
LEDBlinky_GX.dll (GameEx)
...\Plugins\LEDBlinky
Animation Editor.pdf
Bass.dll
Color-RGB.ini
Colors.ini
GenLEDBlinkyInputMap.exe
HowlerDLL.dll
Install and Config.pdf
LEDBlinky.exe
LEDBlinkyConfig.exe
LEDBlinkyControls.xml
LEDBlinkyControlsEditor.exe
LEDBlinkyAnimationEditor.ini
LEDBlinkyAnimationEditor.exe
Ledwiz.dll
LibUSB0.dll
Mame.dll
MameOutputs.ini
MameOutputTest.exe
NewInputCodes.ini
PacDrive32.dll
Settings.ini
ZipDll.dll
...\Plugins\LEDBlinky\lwa
(animation files *.lwax)
...\Plugins\LEDBlinky\jdr
...\Plugins\LEDBlinky\jdr\GPWiz49
(files required for GPWiz49)
...\Plugins\LEDBlinky\jdr\UltraStik
(files required for UltraStik)

The LEDBlinky plug-in should not be used in conjunction with any other GameEx plug-in that controls the supported LED Controllers. If you have installed another LED plug-in, it should be disabled or removed from the \plugins folder. The LEDBlinky plug-in should not be used in conjunction with any native front-end feature that controls the supported LED Controllers. Please disable any GameEx LED features.

There is actually a bug in the latest update to LEDblinky (6.1) that got me for a while.

If starting animations from the command line or AHK in my case then blinky fails to find the .LWAX file.

BUT if you enable debug from within the config app then it works fine - arzoo is aware of this and it will be fixed with the next release

Ps, you need to define what .LWAX file to be used for audio ie...

LEDBlinky.exe audio.lwax pattern01.lwax

Dont know if that really is your issue, but it is worth a try.
