FX2 Pinball Button Issues

Evening,

I seem to experiencing some issues regarding buttons when FX2 Pinball is running in Pinball X. I am using JoytoKey.exe to enable my cabinet buttons to substitute for keyboard keys. Therefore when I running FX2 Pinball outside of Pinball X my left and right flipper are set to 'cursor left' and 'cursor right' and I have additional buttons for 'exit' and 'enter' and they work fine. However, when I run FX2 from Pinball X none of the buttons are recognised. Does anyone know why this is the case and how I can resolve it?

I've worked it out...basically it (JoytoKey) needs admin access for it to work under Pinball X!
