why the config button doesnt appear in gameex?

i have the config app in enable/disable set to yes, i tried no too,..ive tried other themes to see if it was just not appearing in the one i was using. i had it in the older versions, but havnt got it to reaappear in any of the last three updates. its probly very simple, what am i missing??

(i like this forum, ive been able to solve all my other problems thruogh it but this one........)

anyways, so i ended up finally completly uninstalling gameex and reloading the latest version. without having to do anything else it reaapeared, im assuming the file was lost at some point!?
