Error opening this file, Please refresh rom list

I get this error (Error opening this file, Please refresh rom list) when trying to run MY own version of 1964 instead of loading the ROM it just opens the emulator with this warning i click ok or whatever then the rom list loads and i have to manually start the game

Outside or from within GameEx? If trying to run from within GameEx, Please submit a copy of the gameex.ini and log.txt (Click here for additional information on how to find these files and others that may be required). Thanks!

From inside GameEX the emu runs fine Manually.

OK so im reading over this Thread for help http://www.gameex.info/forums/topic/7712-guide-how-to-setup-an-emulator-in-gameex/ im using Win8 and i can not find Advanced Configuration to manually set up my emulator.

is it just the setupwizzard/Advanced Emu setup?
