Access to www.gameex.com

I think I'm doing something wrong.. I purchased a copy of Gameex, 1 year, and have it registered and usable, and my forum account works.

I cannot, however, seem to log into the login at www.gameex.com. Trying to register just tells me to purchase a copy of Gameex, and the password retrieval doesn't work.

Any idea what I'm not doing right?

There is no login for gameex.com it is just for administration.
