Hi All.

I've set up Nostalgia (Intellivision emulator) with no problems, except that I can't exit the emulator when it's running. I know the exit key is Escape. I've tried using autohotkey to map S as Escape, but it just doesn't seem to work when Nostalgia is running. Does anyone know an autohotkey script that will work with Nostalgia? Alternatively, is there something I can add to the command line that will help? Or another setting?

I'm still using Gameex 8.09 by the way. I know I should probably upgrade, but I will deal with that matter another time.

Thanks anyone who can help.

Wow dude, you're sooooo far behind. It's virtually impossible to provide support to such an outdated version. What you're looking to do is map the escape key in the emulator's setup, unless you're saying you don't have an ESC key and need to use the S key, in which case, you'll need to use the advanced config for that emulator. I use global escape via a key combo, but I don't think your version supports that... It may not even have Setup Wizard... I just don't know for sure.

Yeah "Advanced Config" is the way to go, You can create 1 Advanced Config to Exit just about anything with a simple button combo,

It would be ideal to update your GameEx to the newest version (13.13)

Simple Instructions on the Advanced Config.

1. It's located in your GameEx root directory

2. Setup an Advanced Config

3. Then enable it through Advanced Emulator Setup in the Setup Wizard.

4. You can use this Advanced Config to exit most if not all emulators that you use.
