export/import rom lists?

Hi there!

I have my mame roms sorted and removed from gameex unusued ones (like casino, light gun... or others where the parent one is a 4 player rom and I need to use a clone for 2 players...) and other roms removed from gameex as I just don't like them.

Now that I have my game's list tidy and as I want it, is there any option to export this as a file so I can load it in case of disaster and not having to reload the full rom set and start removing roms from the list manually again?

Is there any way to export the gameex mame rom list?
