GameEx Display error v 13.11

I have been altering with the full screen to windowed and windowed-full screen settings to try to resolve an annoyance. Since 13>10, whenever I click on the Window / Full Screen toggle, the GameEx will go down to a very small window then error. I am unable to resize the window to a reasonable size that will not cause an error. Attached are my log.txt and gameex.ini files.

I think its theme related and GameEx is trying to scale a bitmap below 1 x 1. Still, a bug none the less. try the attached.

Tom - that resolved the problem! The window was still small at first but at least did not error. I then was able to size it, go to full screen, then window again without incident! Thanks for the fast work!
