is it possible to have instant sheller start two programs. i use a volume tray program in the background and when i shell to gameex it doesn't go. ideas?

Hi buster,

Try using GameEx's own launch settings:

In the SetupWizard go to Tweaks/Performance, find "Launch on Startup" and enter the path to your volume app ;)
