Dual monitor question

Ok, I've just upgraded my video card (a bit) to a dual-monitor ATI Radeon 9550XL and it's working fine in Windows XP SP3.

Now, I'm wondering if it's possible to play whatever game I want on the primary monitor while the secondary monitor shows either the cabinet marquee for the game that I'm playing or the cabinet of the game itself.

Any thoughts?

GI is a little more in depth then GameExtender (but he's right... its worth taking a look at IMHO).
