Registration Key not received

I ordered the lifetime registration over an hour ago - confimed by Google Wallet - no registration key arrives 'instantly' or otherwise - no email from Spesoft - no clue what to do next.

What next please. How long do regkeys normally take?

Also, you may want to check your Spam folder to confirm whether or not the email went there.
