GameEx will not load

Hi,

I don't know if I should post my question here... but I just installed gameex (and made a donation) and gamex just won's start up... when load gameex the screen turns black and stays that way. The only way to get out is through task manager. There I see that gamex isn't responding and that mame has started 2 times..

Does this make any sense?

Wallace - welcome to the GameEx Forums. I split your post from the original thread you posted within as the issue you are having is likely not related to his problem.

When reporting a possible GameEx bug or error, please ensure you submit a copy of your log.txt and gameex.ini file so we may quickly assist you. Please refer to this link for additional information on how to locate these files.

Just downloaded, installed and configured gameex, but it failes to run... after starting the screen goes to black and it stays that way. The only way to get out is through task manager. Their I see taht gameex is not responding and that mame is running (2 times)...

I really don't know what went wrong. I do have to see i am not a big computer genious...

Update on the first report:

I seem to got it running, only in windowed version though... as soon as I want to go fullscreen it turns black and stop running...

any suggestions?

And why is it when starting up gameEx, it starts running mame aswell (2 times)...
