Hi *,

got a strange problem with my favorites.

I added a couple of MAME games to the favorite list and all of a sudden they disappeared from this list. My first reation was to add them again but the only option I am offered is to remove them from the list (which I can't as they don't show up). Looks like a database is screwed up. Any help around? Where does Gameex save the favorites? I looked through the folders but couldn'f find anything.

Any help appreciated.

Likely it is a bad DB. You can find the file data.mdb in the \\gameex\data\ path. You may want to download the latest version of GameEx to run a normal install after deleting this file. All of your settings should remain.

Thanks a lot for this hint, this might be of future help. I solved the problem as I obviously activated a filter in the setup wizard causing the "loss" of my favorites. After I deactivated the filter my favorites were back in town :-)
