My cabinet just upgraded and now it gets to the intro video and logo and then crashes. I've upgraded my DirectX to the latest 9.0c, though I can't upgrade the nVidia driver as it's considered legacy and they don't provide drivers anymore. My pastebin is as follows:

Can I roll-back to the previous version? I can't afford a new video card to play 30-year old games.

Thanks.

[solved]

Turns out, I had turned on the Run playlist on startup was causing the program to crash. Undid it and now it's running fine.

Nice work! Thanks for sharing the solution!

But that sounds like a bug, no? We should probably elevate the thread... anyone else able to duplicate?

Nuts. Fired it up this morning. Showed the please wait screen, played the intro video (audio only), then the Gameex logo sound effect, then crashed again. Sigh.

Odd. Went back into the settings wizard and found that the play music/radio on startup was set to yes again. Set it back to no and ran Gameex again. Running fine again.
