im having trouble getting my psx game list to show up.

i had the rom filter set to (.BIN) and it was working.

i changed the filter to (.BIN;*.IMG;*.ISO) and now it says no games found even though i see the list of games it wont let me scroll through and choose them. i tried to go back and change the rom filter back and even left it blank but no luck..

i also deleted the emulator from gamex and started fresh but cant get them to sho up no matter what i do.

i can mess around with the rom filter and have "no games found" with a list i cant do anything with and "no games found" with no list at all

Hi Ceedub - you will need to provide us some more information, such as your gameex.ini file, emulator configuration file, etc. Guidelines on how to find these are located here. Please attach the files in your reply to this thread and we will be glad to assist you.

ok the only way i could solve the issue was to select a blank spot in config wizard and create a config from scratch as if it were a custom emulator or program

...and this isn't normal procedure? Or do you mean the one you imported didn't work and you had to make one from scratch?

Does the imported config need to be looked at?

ceedub: I will ask another question or two since my first request for information (i.e., gameex.ini and log.txt files) to assist in diagnosing the problem was not responded to in kind - Have you resolved the issue to your satisfaction? If not, then provide the requested files so that we may assist, otherwise the topic will be closed as we need what we requested to assist.

Yes I mean the one I import from the list of emulators didn't work and the rom folder was correct. Sorry Draco I after you posted and I learned where the gameex ini was I figured I try to resolve it myself.

It is resolved to my satisfaction but it still confuses me why it all of a sudden stopped working after a year.

Not a problem! Thanks for the clarification and glad you were able to find a resolution.
