Problems getting EMUs to run thru GameEx

Can anyone please suggest a good emulator/configuration for the following systems?

SYSTEM........................EMUs I HAVE TRIED...............PROBLEMS I ENCOUNTER

GTE Vectrex..................Vectex.................................Blank Screen, does nothing

NES..............................RockNESx.............................Runs fine but takes about 15 Esc's to return to GameEx

Neo Geo Pocket...........NeoPop-Win32.....................Cannot get to run/Crashes GameEx

Neo Geo Pocket...........NeoPocott............................Cannot get to run/Crashes GameEx

Neo Geo Pocket...........Koyote 0.5.0........................Cannot get to run/Crashes GameEx

PC Engine....................DeepPCE..............................Crashes GameEx

PC Engine....................TGEMU v0.21601..................Blank Screen

PC Engine....................HU-GO! v2.10.......................Blank Screen w/ Sound

PC Engine....................Virtual PC Engine Win 1.5.....Crashes GameEx

PC Engine....................MagicEngine v0.99b5............Works but... Screen is off to left, Demo banner at bottom, problems configuring controls

Tandy Colour...............Return of Coco......................Cannot get to run/Crashes GameEx

All these EMUs run fine on their own but cause problems when I try to incorporate them into GameEx.

I know some of these EMUs are fairly old and may not work properly, but it's literally been a case of me trying everything I can. Can anyone suggest anything better, or show me a decent working config for any of these EMUs?

I am happy to post for you any of the configs I am using at the moment, but it will have to wait till later when I get home.

At this stage, I would greatly appreciate any help/advice you guys could give me.

Can't help you specifically but this site has a pretty good listing of emulators out there with user ratings... might help:

Try a couple of these emulators if you want. They arent as upto date as the standard releases though. They have been modified to work within a cabinet. (No Keyboard,and quit with Escape)

I think most of them require you to set up each one using an original copy then overwrite it with the modified emulator.

The Screenshot archive used to have a load of these too but there site is down atm.

Also to get rid of the timer with Magic Engine you have to register. It is worth doing though . It is an excellent emulator and works fantasically well with GameEx.
