  1. I thought I read everything. Thanks that helped a lot.
  2. SurePinballX.inilog.txt So I was able to get to lists and to show most played, recently added, last played and all tables.
  3. I guess I do not understand the wheel and joystick editor. All I can do is scroll in one direction. I can't advance to the next letter with magna save. When I go to joystick settings what do left, right, page/nudge left and page/nudge right do? I tried to map them but to no avail. I do see all my tables (vpx pinball wicked and pinball arcade). All I do not have is arcooda due to being $149. I do have FX on the Epic platform but do not know how to put this in the database manager.
  4. Here is what I want to do. Right now I have about 15 tables (all vpx for now) on my cabinet. As I add more tables when I load pinballx the wheel shows all my tables. If say I had 50 tables, can I avoid scrolling through all 50 tables and create sub category and just scroll through all my vpx tables by category? I do own all fx3 and Zaccaria tables (steam versions) and eventually want to add those. That is many tables on one wheel. I hope this makes sense and thanks for you patience.
  5. I have 2 questions: 1) Most of my vpx tables are listed under visual pinball database. For now I have no visual pinball tables only vpx so how do I correct this? 2) I am still confused on how to add tables to add to a custom list. Under settings and lists I created a custom list, but how do I add tables to it? I have read the read me file but I am still confused.
  6. When I am in landscape mode and start pinballx the game menu is upside down. If I use the insert coin button I can rotate so it is either of the 4 directions. The tables load correctly, but how do tell pinballx which direction I want as default orientation?
  7. Thanks Scutters. Newly loaded tables load fine it was just the 3 tables I already played that needed the f1 help. I read somewhere else that this is the case. Also being a long time VPforums member I will try your suggestion for autopov. Thanks again everybody and happy pinballs.
  8. First off thanks for your help and your English is fine. When my pinball cabinet shipped in landscape mode so it was hard to use looking at it from the front. I then changed to portrait mode. and ran VPX.exe fine. My DMD is not recognized as a screen by windows so I did not know how to configure it. Before I installed PBX I ran VPX the 2 tables I tested ran, but it looked like they did on my desktop. The DMD showed up on the playfield. 1 table showed a backglass in the 2nd monitor and the other did not. When I installed PBX and finally got the proper EXE for VPX recognized, when I tried to run the tables my DMD showed Pinball X so I know it is working but the tables showed up in a small window rotated 90 degrees. I can easily go back to landscape mode to play PBX, but want to know if it will work in portrait mode? I will try your suggestions today in VPX editor, but it ran fine before PBX so maybe I need to recheck it.
  9. sorry for the confusion. Also in settings I had to run vpx under visual pinball and tekk it to run as vpx instead of visual pinball 9.0.2. log.txt PinballX.ini
  10. I have a full sized visual pinball cabinet that is running pindmd in the display that is separate from the backglass. I have figured out how to set up vpx in pbx, but when I load a table is shows in window mode even though I have enabled full screen in pbx settings.I also checked no for full screen windowed. what am I doing wrong. Also I have only tried 2 tables so far but when they load the dmd does not show and I get strange sounds coming from the speakers so how can I fix that as well? And one last question, I tried rotating the screen in pbx settings but is still shows up the same. If I go into windows and revert back to portrait all is fine but can I not use pbx in landscape mode? Thanks
