  1. I'm pretty sure that's just for the Desk/Case. On one hand you're getting a Desk and a Case, but on the other ... it's still pretty spendy.
  2. Well that was fun! Thanks for again for such a cool plugin Adultery. You really outdid your self on this one! I'm super impressed! I'm mostly pleased with how my current tag came out. I might try to tweak it at some point so my overlay isn't covering quite so much text, but OTOH I kinda like how it's a bit chaotic and up in yo' grill (as Deadpool always should be!). CHIMICHANGAS!
  3. Yes! And ... Never in the time that I've known you! Right now I'm just working on getting my layers dialed in correctly. Thanks for your help.
  4. Cool man, thanks! I was hoping that would be the answer.
  5. Hello tag masters So I'm finally getting my custom tag pulled together; getting the images in place, positioned, and whatnot. In the XCF template I noticed that the Overlay layers are slightly larger than the Background layer (and slightly offset to the bottom-right). I'm showing the following: Overlays: 632 x 154 Background 628 x 150 I figured that the extra few pixels was for the possible inclusion of a drop shadow, but I figured I should check. Are the extra pixels in the Overlay considered "Usable Space" or should I strictly adhere to the dimensions of the background layer? It's also notable that these dimensions themselves do not strictly adhere to the dimensions specified in the changelog? Rather than any of the above should a crop everything up to match the changelog dimensions exactly? Thanks guys, and especially Adultery for all the work you've put into this.
  6. I merged your topics being that they seem to be reporting the same issue. When you have a moment please post your PinballX support files as suggested by Draco. Thanks man!
  7. I can honestly say that the only Steam game I've ever paid over $10.00 for is Rocksmith 2014. Plus my Steam addiction is not a regularly occurring monthly fee. ... But yes I'm the first to admit that I have a bit of an issue.
  8. This is (more or less) the phone that I still use. (I have a Samsung Intensity 3. Spoiler Alert: It's not intense ... at all) My wife works in finance and assists people with budgets and whatnot. I've yet to convince her that moving to a spendy data plan is a financially sound decision for the household.
  9. Well first the easy question ... The GameEx plugin for XBMC is great. I've never had a problem with it. It's not terribly fancy being that it simply lets you launch GameEx directly from XBMC and then return to XBMC after exiting. It certainly fills a niche though and for that it's awesome. So wow ... that's a pretty old version of GameEx you're running. I would highly recommend making the update, especially if you're in a position where you're relearning the configuration anyway. The trouble with running such an old version of GameEx is that there are very few people who would be effective in troubleshooting assistance should you encounter an issue. And for better or worse I'm guessing that not very many people can answer the question of how installing such a drastic update will effect your settings. Tom may be able to answer this more effectively, but yeah I would proceed with some degree of caution here. If it were possible to perform the upgrade in a test environment first that would likely be ideal.
  10. Gah! I've been slammed with work lately and still have not yet had a chance to check this out. And in the meantime you've had 4 incremental releases! Well done you magnificent mad man!
  11. I was probably a bit harsh in my previous assessment. I'm probably butt hurt after having it crash on me a couple times after I first installed it. That was a long time ago though, and I've never had any issues with it since. For that matter a lot of people cry foul over the "perceived evils" of uPlay (the UbiSoft game service) as well, but I've always found that service to run perfectly fine with nary a hiccup.
  12. Thanks for the heads up Draco! Origin is kinda like Steam ... except 100% more useless and buggy. But ... they do occasionally give away free games. So on that basis it's a nice thing to keep in your back pocket.
  13. That's awesome Han, I was unaware of that project. Thanks for sharing! I saw this video tonight and instantly knew I had to share. This kid is a pretty badass shredder on both guitar and bass (as well as ... Ocarina!). Really some pretty neat stuff going on here. Enjoy!
  14. Just to confirm, does it work OK when you use Run Last Game?
  15. Awesome man! Glad to hear it's working out.
  16. Well that clears that up! If or when you have a moment it would likely be helpful to upload a copy of your PinballX settings as well as a copy of your log after having experienced this issue. I'm not the absolute sharpest tool where it comes to PinballX, but often times having a look at the combination of settings and log will provide some indication of what's happening. Here are the instructions for how to access that information. Thanks man!
  17. Thanks for all you do for the scene and for the community Ray! Here’s wishing you the best birthday ever in the history of anything!
  18. It's ... it's .... marvelous! In your honor you creative son of a gun, may I present ...
  19. Just as a fair warning, if the email address you'd like to validate has been filtering out email from the forum up until this point, it will likely continue to do so. That may not be a huge concern for you, but just in the interest of full disclosure, it sounds like using this email address will prevent you from receiving messages from the forum mail daemon.
  20. Just to confirm, are you using the Steam version? And I hate to ask the obvious, but is Steam running and are you logged in when you launch the game from PinballX?
  21. Dude, welcome back! Congratulations on being a new granddad, that's awesome. I can't tell you the number of threads I've looked at in recent days, thinking to myself, "fReq could resolve this without even breaking a sweat!" Glad to hear that life is good, and it's always fantastic having you about.
  22. Holy crap, it's awesome to see you fReq! Thanks for the info.
  23. Ah ... you wound me Han! I was totally going for the carbonite thing. If I was doing a reference to Hoth I would have said: Enjoy your grilling dude! You'll have to let us know what you're having.
  24. Happy birthday Han! Hopefully we get a chance to visit during your upcoming vacation to Bespin. Maybe we can "chill" while you're there! ... As you wish. Love Boba Fett Man, thanks for being such an awesome part of our community Han! I always look forward to reading your posts as you always have some valuable piece of information to share or something interesting to add to the conversation. You rock!
  25. Is Draco correct in identifying your previously listed email address as a work/corporate address? If that's the case there may very well be a corporate email filter in play (I know this is certainly the case at my own place of work). And if that's not the case did you check to verify that the validation email wasn't redirected by a "normal" spam filter? (i.e. did you check your spam folder or equivalent?)
