    yes, that would seem to be the easiest option, but if I update GameEx I'd worry that I'd be overwriting version-specific files, so I will go ahead and backup the whole thing, but only use the CONFIG files for future re-installs/updates. thanks for your response!

    Hullo folks, Recently got in to GameEx and loving it. Just wondering a few things about the program. How would I go about backing-up my settings and configs for GameEx? I spent an hour or so setting up my emulators, paths and stuff, and would like to backup this lot in case something happens to my install. Is it as easy as copying over the gameex/data/backup/data.mdb? Also, if you can answer me this, is there a known issue with running Project Tempest (Atari Jaguar) through GameEx? All my paths are correct but it doesn't want to load the ROMs. P.T. will open but closes right away. Thanks for any input guys!
