  3. Should there be an extension in the xml ? Never noticed it
  4. Sorry Ruud. I was assuming that you had speakers. I don't have experience with sound trough the TV
  5. HI Ruud, This happens after you change your playfield to a new TV ? Is maybe the sound trying to play trough the TV right now ? If Toms trick doesn't work (installing the LAV codecs from the pinballX website), try to check if the sound is playing trough your TV (and check windows if you can disable this) I windows 10, go to sounds and click on 'Managed sounds' (or if you have a Dutch language 'Geluidsapparaten beheren') You see all the sound devices Select your TV device and select disable ('uitschakelen') Mine are already disabled
  6. Never seen this behavibefore. Normally a launch of a table should be logged. Can you post your database file, so I can try to reproduce your issue on my test machine ?
  7. your log only shows the launch of AFM, not ST TNG.
  8. Are your monitors swapped during reboot or from cold start (power on) My monitors are getting "confused" with reboot and the dc2.exe avoids it for me. But I try too limit the restarts and just do a shutdown and power on again
  9. The log file doesn't contain a launch table. Please recreate the issue (launch a good and a 'bad' table), quit pinballx and post the log. Also post your pinballx.ini please
  10. Latest version of PBX fixed it for me. Thanks @Tom Speirs for the great support of a free tool. I appreciate the time and effort you spend for us to create this great front end and keep it up to date.
  11. Yes, I don't use them in wheels, but in the details and system menu
  12. I did tests on the cab, but I don't have all your systems. The Visual Pinball has some pixels under the 'B' that is annoying. And I should remove the empty frames (that's what I should do) from the begin or end Zaccaria, Pinball Wicked and Pinball Arcade looks awesome on the cab ! for the FX3, I prefer my own one (sorry) But really like them !
  13. I missed the Visual Pinball X (for people that makes a distinct between Visual Pinball 9 and x)
  14. Can you also post a screenshot of your windows display settings ?
  15. I was a bit kidding with my previous post of course. But I agree with the different areas to be able different images. At the system page, I like to have the animated ones, but indeed in the wheels are, I want a static and in the details animated. I think at a sudden point, Tom will change it, but if I read his comments, he is pretty busy with 'things'. Thank you and Scutters of course for the animated systems. I need to check if my dmd/toppers tool still works if I have double names in the system logo dirs (and pick the static ones). Thanks guys !
  16. great work ! I love it ! I have Pinball Arcooda , I created the following logo Not sure if you like it
  17. Is this only for @scutters ? i wanted to look and test too....
  18. Is it possible to generate 2 files ? 1 CSV that shows the missing media and disabled tables ? 1 CMD/bat file with the delete command in it and "" around the full path ?
  19. Hey WW Welcome to PBX forum ! Just some questions back : 1) when are your monitors changing the positions ? What I do. I've created with DC2.exe a 'profile' of my display to an XML file When PBX starts it runs that program and set the display correct When PBX ends, I have an after script that change the screens again. maybe that will helps 2) I don't use FP. Sorry not able to help you 3) Not sure if I understand it. Did you install the LAV codecs (that's for displaying in PBX) Not sure what is happing if you launch a table and not working. Can you reproduce the issue and post the log.txt (as attachment and not .lnk files as you have mostly in your zip file)
  20. But to the Pinball Cybercrime Institute? (JK)
  21. I noticed it to that you launched vp9 exe file. But looking better, you launch a vpx table. This needs to be adjusted to vpinballx.exe. Btw @Draco1962, the link you provided doesnt work for me
  22. Question: what is exactly rotated? PinballX , future pinball and/or Visual Pinball ? I dont have FP at all, but is VPsetup correctly ?
  23. there is a file in the install directory of Pinballx called Togglestartwithwindows.exe If you launch it once (you dont see anything happening), pbx will start next time after windows startup. Launching it again , it will not start during windows launcb So just click it once and test it (nothing is showed during the launch of this program) The option in settings, never worked for ne
  24. Thanks @joyrider3774 ! I will get them from your FTP !
  25. Pinballx can be setup how you want. Not all is how your setup is. For example, I put all under c:\pinball\. And I have a 2 screen setup with realDMD. Please provide your pinballx.ini and your log.txt, so we know what your setup looks like
