  1. Good News !! I just tried the latest ATI 11.4 early preview drivers and Visual Pinball 9 now works at 1920x1080x32
  2. Win 7 x64. I got Hulu Desktop running under XBMC and WMC7 but not GameEx.

    Hulu Desktop

I am trying to add Hulu Desktop to GameEx under Applications menu, but when GameEx runs HuluDesktop.exe it exits back to GameEx and it appears that huludesktop is still running in the background. Any ideas on how to fix that?
  4. Great job Draco they look awesome! Very impressive...
  5. I haven't used it myself in a very long time as I have been re-doing my system (Media Center). Been messing alot with XBMC and WMC7 lately, but when I get a chance I will look at it this weekend and see if it works on my new system. UPDATE!!: Just tested it in GameEx and it still works great on my system.
  6. Perfect Thanks!!
  7. Hey Tom is there a way to rename the main menu entry GameEx installs on Windows Media Center as you have it as My Games ans I want to rename it to just GameEx. Just not sure how to go about renaming it in Windows Media Center. Thanks
  8. Well the 11.63 installer says it's 11.62.

    Favorites

Yes it would be a nice feature to have!
  10. With ATI cards set your resolution to whatever you have it at x16 (bit) not x32 (bit) at the end as VP9 runs smooth as a whistle when you set that way. Example I have mine set at 1920x1080x16 Then you can enable the Hardware Device Rendering box and not get the gfx resolution corruption.

    Favorites

Is it possible Tom to add more than one favorites to GameEx main menu? For example I want to have a Arcade Favorites and a Pinball Favorites but have them seperate from each other. Thanks
  12. Then go here and find one that you like http://www.worldofsp.../emulators.html Hope that helps you out. I tried alot of the free ones, but Spectaculator was what I preferred.
  13. Spectaculator
  14. I have an ATI Radeon™ HD 5850 and always had issues with VP9 only and found a solution I got from the VPForums and now all VP9 tables work smooth and look perfect. What I had to do is set VP9 video option to 1920x1080x16 (not 32) and then check the Hardware Device Rendering and everything works perfect! Hope this helps anyone else that had issues with their ATI cards at all with VP9

    It's Here!

  16. Looking forward to this theme Any idea when you'll be releasing it?
  17. Yeah I just saw that 11.57 is up now! Thanks T !
  18. Btw it also only works with the older version of Ultra 64 as well as the newer version doesn't work correctly. That might be the problem most people run into as you have to use v3.05 of Ultra 64 for it to work right. Why? not sure but that is what I found out.
  19. No ... In GameEx you setup the emulator roms folder where you have the KI1 and KI2 shortcuts at and the command line will be "[ROMPath]\[RomFile]" it will execute the shortcut without having to click on it. Example (GameEx config): Working path: C:\GameEx\Shortcuts\Ultra 64 Roms path: C:\GameEx\Shortcuts\Ultra 64 Rom filter: *.lnk Command Line: "[ROMPath]\[RomFile]" That's it
  20. I got Ultra 64 running perfect (Fullscreen) under GameEx Here is how I did it: 1) Created two directories one for KI1 and another for KI2 2) Install Ultra 64 in each directory and install your KI1 & KI2 roms in the appropriate directories 3) Configure each KI and create a desktop shortcut to each KI1 and KI2 and put them in a directory anywhere you prefer 4) Then configured GameEx to run the desktop shortcuts for each KI1 & KI2 Hope that makes sense and helps you along Note: You have to keep KI1 and KI2 in different directories as it won't work if you keep Ultra 64 in one directory. That is why I made one called KI1 and the other KI2 and installed Ultra 64 to each folder.
  21. If anyone hasn't noticed already Altirra has been updated to 1.8
  22. Thanks for all the input from everyone. I'll be off to the store tomorrow to check them out.
  23. That's not true everywhere I look the netbooks that I find do have HD in them just search on newegg and you'll see.Yes the PSP does run alot of emulators very well as does my Wiz (Man what a small screen this thing has) which I just got recently. But I would like to have a bigger screen and a way to run alot of good shareware games/emulators on as well on a bigger screen that is portable (and setup GameEx on) for when I go on trips or just chillin around the house. One can not have enuff electronic gadgets around I heard of a good one that even has an Nvidia card in it. I could just get a laptop, but I really like the size and weight of the netbooks. If I save up Alienware even has a beefy gaming netbook out I saw on newegg for around $600.
