  1. So would you say N64 games would be perfectly playable on a cab with one 8-way stick and 6 buttons?
  2. Stu, I remapped my ipac first, then mapped my emus to my ipac. I should have explained that, my apologies.
  3. OK this is great. I think the next issue is: DUAL ANALOGUE With only 1 stick per player this is impossible. How has everyone got around this? I'm assuming games that require dual analogue are unplayable on a cab with arcade sticks?
  4. I use zsnes, fusion and mame. I mapped the emus to my ipac configuration, not the other way round. I found it really easy tbh. Each one has some kind of controller config. Just press the button on your joystick when you are prompted. So, if it asks what key you want for ACTION, press the button on your joystick that you want as your action button, and you will see the keystroke appear that you have for chosen (in Winipac for example) for that particular button. Make sense? Not sure about other emus tho. I know Winuae is a pain in the butt for key remapping.
  5. HAHA most of them are questions. However as my knowledge level rises I should soon be posting answers.
  6. Brian, So you can actually use an 8-way digital stick in place of an analogue?
  7. You're a credit to this community Brian.
  8. Thanks Brian. Can you give me some pointers on what I need to do?
  9. I have many games that require a mouse, and since my cab has neither mouse nor keyboard, I can't play them Is there anything within GameEX that would cause it to recognise when a mouse is needed, and simply allow my designated keystrokes for my stick (arrows) to take over the mouse cursor? Does that many any sense or have I not got my point across very well?
  10. For me, SFII all the way. Classic!
  11. I see two controllers for the Saturn: one with an analogue stick one without Does anyone know if the majority of saturn roms use analogue or digital? I use an 8-way Sanwa stick and 6 happ buttons and so I'm wondering how many saturn games will work on my cab. Thanks guys.
  12. Gameex.exe -printmoneylegally That should solve it. Now over to Tom
  13. I just read your post. Hilarious. What about: Gameex.exe -printmoney
  14. I understand and I agree. But I do want to make the point that it was not a flame. My apologies once again if it came over that way. I did try to 'redeem' myself by adding more positive posts. Let's move on from this misunderstanding guys.
  15. Apologies if I have upset anyone but I do think you've blown this a little out of proportion. It was a suggestion and an expression of an opinion. Nothing less, nothing more. We don't want this forum to become repressive. I did add in a later post that I think Logitechs are a good controller. I also added that it's a valid point about the mess issue when having several consoles running though the tv.
  16. It's a valid point.
  17. Is there anything GameEX can't do? I need to know next weeks lotto numbers
  18. You cannot go wrong with Logitech in my humble opinion.
  19. Cracked it. I was looking in IMPORT-EXPORT ini's. Thanks Tom.
  20. It wasn't meant to be a smart comment. I just feel arcade cabs are for arcade games. They are not designed for long haul console type play. Like I said, just my opinion.
  21. I have quite a few games with missing avi snaps and I wouldn't mind completing my collection. Anyone know how to create avi snaps for games? Thanks.
  22. I suggest playing console games on a console, and arcade games on a cab. I think you're missing the point. Just my opinion.
  23. You've got to be kidding me
  24. Tom, I don't understand this instruction: "and in the wait for processes section specify the process name of the actual game" I cannot find 'wait for processes section' in any configs. Thanks, Kevin
  25. Sensible Soccer 2006. I can get passed the loader doing exactly that, but then the game starts to flicker. The screen flickers. It's weird. It doesn't do it when I load the game outside of Gameex so something is causing it and I don't know what.
