Hi everyone it's been a busy few weeks behind the scenes here at EmuMovies and now that the dust is settling a bit I can finally announce that we have a new partner site, Cinemavision.org. Currently Cinemavision creates and distributes media for Movie Theaters and Home Theater enthusiasts. On the Home theater side of things their content is currently supported by the Cinema Experience plugin for Kodi (formerly known as XBMC). The aim of the plugin and content is to give you the ability to have the full blown cinema experience that you experience in movie theaters, The flow of the cinema experience plugin is as follows: Cinema Experience Sequence 1. If you are signing up with a hotmail account you need to add [email protected] to your safe senders list. I have no idea why this is being blocked. This was posted in the emumovies forums yesterday but I come back to 26 support requests that the FTP is not working. Rest assured this is an issue on our end and not yours. Every so often security concerns require server updates, and they had been put off long enough that it was time. I started the updates last night and immediately the authentication systems for both the DSU and the FTP went offline. Thanks to a stellar effort from Tom Speirs the DSU came back online a few hours ago. The FTP is proving to be a bit more problematic but we have TOP MEN working on it. I do not have an ETA, but I don't expect the downtime to be too bad. Once again if I have not said it before Tom Speirs from GameEx is THE man. In rare form we have completed our Server changes in just over a day and I am happy to report all functionality is restored. The system affected the longest was our F.T.P. File Server and that has just come back online. There were some DNS changes so if you encounter a "Cannot connect to server error" in your FTP client you will need to manually flush your DNS cache.
