yeah and I have quite a few games to put back on to my main rig. I like to have the majority of them installed for quick access, kind of my ultimate gaming system setup Access to thousands of games with a simple click! Of course by thousands that is including emulation but then again I have more games then movies and I have 280+ DVD movies hehehe

I'm going through right now and resetting up my main rig and it is mostly new games and am able to have everything launch from .lnk files and have pics and etc. I dont care about hitting esc and going back to gameex really as many PC games use esc to go to the main menu would I be better of crating bat files for each of the new games as opposed to he lnk files? my main problem is gameex not coming back up after tha game is done ... it seems to be loaded but nowhere to be seen (the exe is still running but the program is gone....) I know it isnt something that is officially supported though

NO what I meant was that when you plug the Adaptoid in it auto installs several devices, lieka HID compliant this HID compliant that etc... even without the proper drivers.

The Adaptoid seems to show up like that in some apps but it has been a while since I have seen that. I think it is because the Adaptoid acts as multiple devices (mouse and etc) Tom if you like I can try this tonight as I also havethe adaptoid.

The daphne loader will help you create the framefiles. not everyone has the same images / files / iso etc so the frames will be off slightly from version to version. Creating the framefile is not a big deal though with the daphne loader.

I will post tonight Is the DVD keys functionality in the works? I ask as this is one of the main reasons the author of the My Movies plugin has been reluctant to support any other external DVD player other than TheaterTek 2 as TT2 has full native MCE remote support. I just cant help but feel your DVD player combine with My Movies will make the best MCE DVD combo and it's free!

I tried with the keyboard and yes the backspace and space keys function as back in GameEX Well hopefully my other donation should help you I know it works great in MCE. If you need anything else like that just let me know.

DVD Playback in GameEX not MCE I can try it all again when get home. Most of the time while I am testing I run GameEX outside of MCE, not loading MCE then gameEX

Just another quick quirk I noticed latley... on DVD playback none of the keys funtion as expected on my MCE remote.. Pause doesn't pause, play doesnt play stop doesnt stop etc etc.... is my config screwed up royally some how? (then again I havent checked DVD playback remote control after playing with the direct input and etc settings)

Yes I tried it with and without those enabeld. I do not geta responce with them disabled and when I have one ofthem enabled the back button acts as if it is a left arrow command..? very odd. I did copy the gameex directory from one machine to another so that could be part of the problem with both machines not functioning... dont know yet I am still looking about

this is what happened to me as I had the same problem and drove myself nuts... go in to the MAME Advanced options and got to the selection that says use advanced MAME and select no. That immediately put MAME on my GameEX menu and allowed me to refresh the game list. UI was at this for about 2 hours the other night lol sad but true

The only thing it seems to do is act as if I am pressing the left arrow button. In IE and everything else it seems to act as normal. Is there a CFG file for the input for mapping individual keys?

Cant figure out why but on two of my systems the back button on the MCE remote does not go back in GameEX. For example if I click on a game in MAME then want to go back to the list I thought I used click on back on the MCE remote....... Am I just crazy here or what? How can I get this working. Iam using the latest build on both machines of GameEX

Ok I got it I had quotes inthe wrong place now all I need is to get ESC to work to go back to gameex
